Profile

I am Mehmet Fatih Bilgin.

I work in security technologies while also developing my own technical projects under the WhiteUpgrade name.

My work generally focuses on CCTV, thermal monitoring, field automation, industrial communication, ESP32- and Raspberry Pi-based systems, monitoring panels, and prototyping.

What matters to me is not how impressive an idea looks in a presentation, but whether it actually works in the field. That is why I focus more on building functional systems than on theoretical storytelling.

My Working Style

This is usually the order in which I approach a project.

Defining the Real Problem

I start by identifying the actual problem that needs to be solved. I focus on the root cause, not just the symptom.

Simple Architecture

I avoid making the first structure unnecessarily complex. I prefer to establish the working core first.

Testing and Integration

I evaluate hardware, software, and field conditions together, then test the system under real-world conditions.

Continuous Improvement

After the first version is ready, I measure, refine, and improve the system to make it more stable and reliable.

Although these areas may seem separate, most of them come together within the same production mindset.

Security

CCTV, thermal systems, and early warning

Camera systems, recording infrastructures, and monitoring logic designed to detect incidents earlier and more effectively.

Embedded Systems

ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and custom device logic

Sensors, data flow, communication modules, and control structures tailored to real operational needs.

Prototyping

3D printing, enclosures, and product trials

Rapid production and mechanical adaptation work that helps transform an idea into something testable and usable.

Why does WhiteUpgrade exist?

For me, WhiteUpgrade is not a company brochure. It is a structure I created to present my work, experiments, ideas, and product concepts in a more organized and sustainable way.
